Hon. Marcine Anderson (Ret.) served as an appointed and elected judge on the King County District Court from 2010 to 2023 and was the first woman and first Asian American to serve as an elected district court judge at the Shoreline District Court. A respected judicial educator and civic leader, she has served in leadership roles with the Washington State Bar Association, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association Judicial Council, the William L. Dwyer Inn of Court, and the Japanese American Citizens League–Seattle Chapter. As Co-Founder and CFO of Judicial Pathways and Leadership Strategies, LLC, Marcine brings judicial insight, strategic judgment, and a deep commitment to public service, leadership development, and strengthening the justice system.
